All bookings accepted by us and arrangements made by us
are subject to the terms and conditions of the suppliers
concerned and we have no direct contractual liability
to you in connection with the travel product specified
except as
may be imposed by Sri Lankan law.
The information on this Website is as accurate as possible.
We cannot, however, accept any liability for losses or
damages that you may suffer arising out of your use of
this Website.
This Website also includes links to external Websites.
These sites are in the majority of cases links to official
tourist
board sites and are intended to be useful sources of travel
information. However, we are not responsible for the
content of those Websites and we accept no liability for
losses or damage caused by using this information.
Your statutory rights are not affected and any dispute

Prices shown on our online searches
are automatically updated several times a day by sophisticated
computer software,
and are correct at the time the information was received
from the suppliers' computers. However, prices and availability
of accommodation can change and exact prices will be confirmed
at the time of booking.
A deposit is payable at the time of booking and the balance
is payable in accordance with Sri Lankan Holidays Hyderabad terms and conditions.

Late Bookings: Depending upon available space, bookings
can be made up until three days prior to departure.
Reservations which are made within 30 days of departure
require payment in full at the time of booking.
Cancellation:
Penalties do apply and for this reason travel insurance
is recommended. Travel insurance is available at a modest
cost
and additional information may be obtained from your travel
professional or the insurance carrier of your choice.
We
strongly suggest that you purchase travel insurance; refunds
cannot be issued until cancellation requests, in writing,
have been received.
Force
Majeure: Sri Lankan Holidays Hyderabad will
not be held responsible for any unforeseen circumstances
that are beyond our control such as war or threat of,
riot, industrial disputes, civil strife, terrorist action
or threat of,
natural disaster, fire and adverse weather conditions.
Any complaints in respect of the travel product specified
must be made within six weeks of the end of the holiday
or
journey concerned. All complaints will be acknowledged
within 48 hours and a full reply sent within 28 days.

Rates Policy
All rates quoted are in US Dollars and are net to Sri Lankan Holidays Hyderabad
Complaints
In the unlikely event of any problems whilst on holiday
you must report this in the first instance to our Driver/Guide
or Management in Colombo. We will try to rectify the problem
for you. If they are not able to remedy the complaint
to
your satisfaction you must write to us within 14 days
of your return from your holiday. Complaints received
after
14 days cannot be looked into.
Alterations/Cancellations
Any changes to your holiday programme must in the first
instance be checked with our reservations staff to ensure
your
needs can be met and confirmed in writing by the lead
name in the party. Minor changes are subject to a US$
15.00 fee.
ITINERARY CHANGES: Changing your itinerary after reservations
have been made can result in loss of advantages
gained by early planning. In addition, the results of
last minute changes may be disappointing. All changes
to travel
itinerary once the deposit has been made are subject to
a $100.00 per person, per change administrative and handling
fee. This includes, but is not limited to, date and itinerary
changes on airline tickets.
UPGRADE POLICY: Sri Lankan Holidays Hyderabad
reserves the right to upgrade a guest or guests to more
expensive category accommodations at no additional cost.

HOW DO I MAKE A CONTRACT WITH YOU?
You can make the contract in a number of ways -
1. By booking through your travel agent.
2. By filling in the booking form and posting it to us.
3. By making your booking by telephone.
4. By booking via the internet.
The contract between us is made when your booking is entered
on our computer and a booking reference number
is produced. At that moment the contract between us begins.
We will send you or your agent a confirmation usually
within 24 hours. Please check it carefully to ensure all
the details are correct and inform us or your agent immediately
of any errors. The contract appertains to all persons
named in the booking form.
CAN YOU INCREASE THE PRICE AFTER I HAVE BOOKED?
Yes, but only in very limited circumstances. The price
of your travel arrangements is subject to surcharges on
the
following items for increases in: transportation costs
e.g. fuel, ferry operator fares and any other operator
surcharges
which are part of the contract between service providers
(and their agents) and us. Even in this case we will absorb
an amount equivalent to 2% of the holiday price which
excludes insurance premiums and any amendment charges.
Only
amount’s in excess of this 2% will be surcharged but where
a surcharge is payable there will be an administration
charge
of US$ 15.00 together
with an amount to cover agent's commission.
If this means paying more than 10% of the holiday price
you will be entitled to cancel your holiday with a full
refund
of all monies paid except for any premium paid to us for
holiday insurance and amendment charges. Should you decide
to cancel because of this you must exercise your right
to do so within 14 days from the issue date printed on
the invoice.
CAN I CHANGE MY HOLIDAY ARRANGEMENTS?
If you want to make any changes to your booking such as
changing the date, room type or joining point, we will
do our
best to help but we cannot guarantee to make the changes
that you want. If we do manage to make the changes we
will charge a fee of US$ 15 to cover our administration
costs providing that all notifications of changes are
received no
later than the due date of the balance payment of your
holiday.
Any alteration by you made later than the original balance
date will be treated as a cancellation of the original
booking
and will be subject to the cancellation charges. Other
alterations such as the addition of requests or change
of pick-up
point that require a reconfirmation to be issued must
be notified in writing by e-mail. |
